RANZCO Administration and Learning Management System Coordinator

RANZCO is the only recognised provider of ophthalmic education across Australia and New Zealand. We run a vocational training program and are heavily involved in advocating for social good in the eye care space. We are also an accredited CPD Home in the scope of ophthalmology. Across 2024 and beyond, we are embarking on an exciting journey to migrate our Learning Management System (LMS) to a brand-new platform and overhaul our CPD offering. We’re looking for a unique individual to take on this unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the future of online learning and CPD within our organization.

This role is for an 18-month contract with a 15 January 2024 start.

Key responsibilities:

  • Participate in the planning, documentation and execution of the LMS migration project, including courses, content, enrolments and configurations, in close consultation with our friendly staff and amazing vendor.

  • Adapt and transform existing content to align with the capabilities of the new platform.

  • Execute rigorous testing to identify and address issues, such as broken links, multimedia errors, and functional problems.

  • From June 2024, coordinate RANZCO’s CPD Home and the migration to the new CPD ecosystem, including assisting with change management, communication and customer service.

  • Outline the process you would use for understanding, documenting and implementing business rules.

The role is based out of RANZCO HQ in Surry Hills, Sydney. We support flexible work practices and will require attendance at the office as required by the business. There is some opportunity to travel, and advanced notice will be provided.
