RANZCO offers a range of educational resources geared toward improving awareness of developments in ophthalmology and eye health, as well as clinical and professional skills. Some of these resources also attract CPD points.
The RANZCO e-Learning portal has resources for both trainees and Fellows. This is a module based platform and some modules relate to continuing professional development, including two interactive sets of activities on cultural awareness and communication, and some audio and video from past Congress presentations.

The American Academy of Ophthalmology's ONE Network is available to all RANZCO Trainees and Fellows. This online resource contains a vast array of educational videos, articles, journals and other publications. If you don't have access, please let us know by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
Clinical & Experimental Ophthalmology is the official journal of RANZCO. The journal publishes peer-reviewed original research and reviews dealing with all aspects of clinical practice and research which are international in scope and application. CEO recognises the importance of collaborative research and welcomes papers that have a direct influence on ophthalmic practice but are not unique to ophthalmology.
Medline Journal Database
Medline Complete is the world's premier medical database providing full text for more than 2,400 medical journals and indexing for over 4,800 journals indexed in PubMed. The RANZCO Journal package also contains CINAHL Complete: full text for more than 1,300 journals indexed in CINAHL and indexing for more than 5,000 journals in all fields of nursing and allied health.

CPD accredited events
The RANZCO event calendar includes information on upcoming events that have been reviewed and accredited by the CPD Committee. These events are identified by a small gold star .
The mentoring program for Ophthalmologists is a membership service offered to Fellows of RANZCO who are looking for support and guidance in their careers. This handbook helps to define the process and roles of all those involved in the mentor program. It also gives some helpful explanations of the behaviours and processes that make the relationships productive and developmental for all parties
