Live patient day at RCH Melbourne in the ophthalmology outpatient clinic: Saturday 26 October 2024

  • Time: 8:30AM to 5PM
  • Numbers: Strictly limited to 20 participants.

Registration is now open and will close when capacity reached. Priority will be given to those sitting RACE in late 2024 or early 2025.

  • Cost: Option 1 – Virtual events only $660 (inc. GST) Option 2 – Virtual AND Live patient event $990 (inc. GST)

The 2024 Paediatric Ophthalmology Seminar is an interactive event tailored towards candidates preparing to sit RACE in late 2024 or early 2025.

During the virtual event there will be a combination of case presentations, interactive clinical question sessions and lectures which are specifically designed to prepare candidates for RACE.

During the live patient day, all sessions involve multiple live patient assessments and discussion under the supervision of the RCH ophthalmology staff members.

Final program to be confirmed, but include the following paediatric ophthalmic topics: Strabismus, ROP, neuro-ophthal, oculoplastics, genetics, cataract, glaucoma and retinal disorders.
