This session will focus on sharing practical tools and real-life strategies to support doctors to look after their own wellbeing, including:
• self-care and positive psychology approaches
• building self-determination and agency
• habit forming & breaking hacks
• goal setting and action-taking
• interpersonal skills that support psychological safety.
