The Workplace Wellbeing: Speaking Up and Building a Culture of Psychological Safety webinar will take place on 17 September from 4:00-5:00pm AEST.
This third webinar in the four-part 2026 Wellbeing Advocates series will focus on psychological safety from both an individual and organisational perspective and provide valuable insights to support safer, healthier, and more inclusive workplaces. Through practical examples and real-world experience, this session will explore how individuals can confidently speak up, and the actions that can be taken to address inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour that undermines workplace wellbeing.
By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- define psychological safety and its role in supporting wellbeing and effective healthcare teams
- identify practical ways individuals can contribute to psychological safety within their teams
- apply strategies for speaking up when witnessing inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour
- describe how leaders and organisations can build and sustain psychologically safe workplace cultures.
