Welcome to the new RANZCO Mentoring Program
The RANZCO Mentoring Program, powered by Mentorloop, empowers you to develop your careers through increased confidence, authentic feedback and advice, and professional development. It is also a great forum for bringing latent and overlooked talent off the sidelines and into high performance.
The RANZCO Mentoring Program is designed to strengthen the critical management, soft skills and leadership experience of current senior Fellows, while providing trainees and junior Fellows with a forum for learning from those who are leaders. It also plays a critical role in ensuring our rural and remote trainees are connected to the College and the Fellows. Mentoring also provides underrepresented groups with the support, confidence, networks and sponsorship to break through barriers to success and integration.
Benefits of our Mentoring Program:
- Develop our members
- Develop our leaders
- Increase engagement
How the Program Works
RANZCO and Mentorloop have developed a tailored sign-up form to suit our member’s mentoring matching needs. Questions are based on key matching criteria such as career stage, location, skills, interests, goals and more.
The program finds the best possible match using the Mentorloop algorithm; empowering participants to self-organise via their own match, or step in to give them a helping hand with manual matching between mentors and mentees.
As the program advances, so do participants with a guided experience supported by timely nudges to keep individuals on track to achieve their mentoring milestones.
The ‘Sentiment’ functionality makes it easy to capture regular feedback needed to understand individual relationship quality. Other health check features on the live dashboard assists the College in benchmarking and displays an overview of the whole program.
