RANZCO Annual Evaluation Report

RANZCO’s first Annual Evaluation Report will guide data-driven policy decisions and evidence-based continuous improvements of the College’s vocational training program and other educational activities and programs. Focussing on the outcomes of the research and evaluation activities that were undertaken by RANZCO in 2021, we hope stakeholders with interest in ophthalmology and broader postgraduate medical specialist education and training in Australia and New Zealand will find this report useful. It is available for all to view on our website.

RANZCO would like to thank Santosh Khanal, Senior Manager of Evaluation and Quality Assurance, for preparing the report and Victoria Baker-Smith, Head of Education, and Justin Mora, Censor-In-Chief, for reviewing it. RANZCO would also like to acknowledge the Fellows and staff who contributed to the research and evaluation projects as the report would not have been possible without their contributions.
