Glaucoma Fellowship - Perth, WA
Glaucoma Fellowship commencing Feb 2027 - Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, Perth, Western Australia
This fellowship provides comprehensive exposure to medical and surgical glaucoma care, including:
- 2–3 operating sessions per week, including an independent fellow operating list.
- Training in a broad range of glaucoma procedures, including:
- Glaucoma drainage device (tube) surgery
- Trabeculectomy
- Preserflo™ MicroShunt
- XEN® Gel Stent
- Hydrus® / iStent® Microstent
- Glaucoma laser procedures, including:
- Cyclodiode / Micropulse laser
- Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (SLT)
- Peripheral Iridotomy (PI)
- Exposure to paediatric glaucoma at Perth Children’s Hospital
